DESCRIPTION:

This product is composited of continuous monofilament glass fiberglass and it is progressively encrypted from the inlet side to the outlet side in fluffy state. It is used in heat recovery systems and high-quality paint mist filtration of surface coating with the high rate of capturing particles and long life-cycle. the high rate of capturing particles and long life-cycle. The inlet side is green, outlet side is white with good compressibility properties to ensure its stability and strong nature and to ensure that filter is not loose, scattered, and more conducive to store mist and dust.

DESCRIPTION
Standard Filters are used in the exhaust of paint booths for over-spray collection. The front V-shaped wall prevents over-spray bounce back and migration. The deeper V-shape of the back wall is the paint holding pocket. The exhaust holes are misaligned to divert the paint laden airflow to the holding pocket, where the paint is captured, while maintaining a constant flow during the loading phase.

Captures any wet solid or liquid particles

V shape wall prevents over spray and bounce back migration
Easy to cut, replace and install
Static pressure increases slowly with the accumulation of over spray resulting in uniform airflow.
Made out of 2 layers of heavy “Kraft” paper, punched, pleated and glued together with 2 built-in extension limiters. Thanks to these limiters, the maximum load capacity is guaranteed.
