DESCRIPTION
Rubber-based sound deadening / sealing product. Suitable for application to the internal or external parts of the underbody, with high ageing stability. Ready for use, it is applied with a special spray gun (BODY UBS) at a pressure of 5-6 bar (A shortened nozzle results in a fine finish where as a long one in a course finish). Permanently elastic, fast drying, very good adhesion and it can be over painted “wet on wet” with synthetic paints or with single coat/base coat. Adhesion promoter 340 PLASTOFIX can be used before any topcoat application for even better results.

HB 933 UNDERBODY BITUMEN – SPRAY ON 1LT

DESCRIPTION
Underbody coating made of Wax, Rubber, Synthetic Resin and Bitumen, specially formulated against salinity (moisture). It is applied only on the underbody parts. Produces a perfect pinhole free finish, dries fast and remains elastic in temperatures of -20ºC (- 4ºF) and + 60ºC (140ºF). It has very good adhesion both on clean surfaces as well as on top of old coats. It is ready for use and it is applied by a special gun (BODY UBS) at a pressure of 5-6 bar (if a finer structure, is required then add nitro thinner (reducer) at 5-10%). Can not be overpainted.

A waterborne based resin stonechip coating with sound deadening properties. Excellent adhesion and flexibility. Suitable for the external and internal parts of the car body. POR 15 HIGH TEMP HEAT RESISTANT PAINT

DESCRIPTION
POR-15 High Temp Heat-Resistant Paint is capable of withstanding extreme temperatures up to 1200°F / 648.8°C and will resist cracking, chipping, and peeling. It is also extremely weather, salt, and moisture resistant. Our heat resistant paint is the most uniform heat-resistant coating available anywhere and will maintain rich, brilliant colors without burning off or discoloring. This heat-resistant spray paint can be used on all cars, domestic or foreign. Meets or exceeds properties and requirements of MIL-C-13370.

Replaces POR-20, Black Velvet, Fire Seal 2000, and Factory Manifold Gray

APPLICATION:

Liquid paint directions:
On previously painted surfaces blistered and loose paint must be removed. Sandblasting is the optimum surface preparation. Clean painted and bare metal surfaces with POR-15 Cleaner Degreaser to ensure that the surface is clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, dirt, salts, and any other contaminants. Paint all bare areas with two coats of POR-15 High Temp Coating. Glossy surfaces should be roughened with 320 grit sand paper before recoating. Allow POR-15 High Temp Coating to cure for 24 hours on the surface before temperature is raised above 300°F for full cure.
Dry time: Cures to touch in 4 hours. Second coat can be applied in 24 hours, depending on ambient temperature and humidity. POR-15 High Temp reaches maximum hardness after heat exposure above 300°F (150°C) for 15 minutes and then allowed to cool down.
Clean up: Do not put left-over paint back into can. Clean all equipment immediately after use. At the same time, flush out all fluid lines and carefully clean pressure pots. Use clean POR-15 Solvent only. It is also good practice to periodically clean the spray tip or the fluid tip/air cap combination during the course of the working day or shift.
Aerosol spray directions:
Surface must be clean, dry an free of all oil and other contaminants before painting. Sandblasting is the optimum surface preparation. Protect surrounding areas from spray mist. Must be heat cured at a minimum temperature of 400°F (205°C) for two hours. More than one coat may be required for full hide.

Shake can at least one minute before and occasionally during use.
Spray surface with steady, even strokes at a distance of 8 to 10 inches. Several light coats give a better finish than one heavy coat. For best results, recoat within 1 hour or after 24.
Cleanup: To prevent clogs in spray nozzle, hold can upside down and spray until clear gas appears. Completely empty cans may be recycled or disposed of with regular trash. Dispose of partially empty cans responsibly. DO NOT puncture, incinerate or compact.

NUTECH ANTI SLIP ADDITIVE

DESCRIPTION
Slip reduction additive for Nutech PaveCoat Concrete Sealers, Slate Sealers, EPiC Polycryl and EPiC Epoxy 500 Systems. Nutech AntiSlip for clear and coloured PaveCoast, Polyurethane, Enamel and Epoxy, Concrete Sealers and Stencil Slate Impression concrete, and Slate Sealer. This provides excellent slip-resistance under both wet and dry conditions.

HOW DOES IT WORK
Add contents into 20 litres of Nutech sealer and stir well. After mixing, allow to stand for 10 minutes then re-stir before application. Test before applying to confirm adequate slip reduction. Not recommended for steep concrete or very smooth surfaces. Not suitable for greasy or contaminated surfaces. Suitable for use in Clear or Coloured Nutech Concrete coatings, as the anti-slip becomes invisible in Clear Concrete Sealers.
